A circle of stillness, soul, and gentle return
“Within you is a quiet spring.
When the world grows noisy,
you can return to the well.”
Well of Being is an online reflection circle, of friends who have yet to meet, — a calm and sacred space for those seeking to live with deeper presence, authenticity, and inner peace.
Each gathering is an invitation to slow down and listen. We reflect on timeless themes drawn from the I Ching, Taoism, Celtic wisdom, Jungian thought, and the medicine of the natural world. We speak not to teach, but to remember. To feel our way back to what is essential.
Just a circle of presence — where silence is honored, soul is welcomed, and each person is free to come as they are.
What to Expect in a Session
Each session in the Well of Being circle follows a soft and simple rhythm — designed to help you settle, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters.
Whether you’re new to inner work or deeply seasoned, this space is open to you.
✧ A Typical Session Includes:
- A Welcoming Preamble
A few words to ground us in presence, community, and confidentiality.
- A Quiet Arrival.
We begin with a short pause or guided stillness to help us settle. There is nothing to achieve — only to return.
- Theme & Readings
Each session explores a gentle theme — such as Returning to Yourself, Living in Harmony, or The Wisdom of Cycles. A few short quotes from the I Ching, Taoism, Jung, or other traditions are offered as seeds for reflection.
- Open Sharing Circle
You are invited to share reflections, stories, or silence. Speaking is always optional. Sharing may be verbal, or through the chat, or simply felt within. There is no pressure here. No hierarchy. No fixing.
- Closing Word or Blessing
We end peacefully, with a word of gratitude, a takeaway reflection, or a mental impression to carry with you. These circles are simply a way back.
There is no pressure to speak or perform.
This is a space of presence, not perfection

My role is simply to tend the well.”
Origins of a Name – Well of Being
When I meditate, with a question on my mind, I always receive an answer, usually an indirect answer and only if I’m asking for a way to share my gift. The images of the Holy Wells from my younger days, used to enter my meditation. The memories of my youth, the way I felt drawn to them and their interesting stories. I remember travelling around Ireland, visiting the seaside, castles, lakes, mountains, old houses and pubs, I always found time to visit a local Holy Well and learn about its stories of healing and miracles. I always associated the Holy Well with a sense of life, a sense of Being – hence Well of Being…
For years I wanted to connect with and share with other like-minded people, my idea and experience of healing, inner wisdom, serenity, peace, beauty, natural medicine – all the goodness of life that has become invisible to so many people today in our busy world. I wanted to tell them, that these gifts haven’t vanished, they haven’t been destroyed, they are just out of sight, hidden behind a mental door and that there is a key. I wanted to help bring people back to grace, if this was their wish. The world is a better place in the company of smiling people.
