Body Image: This meditation hopes to help sufferers of body image disharmony. It should be practiced in a warm room where you feel comfortable and safe. It is a resource and does not form an alternative to person to person therapy.

Vital Energy and Immunity: A 15 minute meditation to nourish the middle. This area sometimes called the Dan Tian nourishes our inner strength and wellbeing. Its the area where of food is transformed into vital energy and the material of our immunity.
